Over the past 10 years, the Tan Thanh Commune Party Committee has well implemented Directive No. 05-CT/TW of the Politburo and documents, instructions and plans of the District Party Committee; has linked the implementation of studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle with the implementation of Resolution 4 of the 11th and 11th Central Committees of the Central Executive Committee ;  has well implemented annual themes contributing to the completion of the political, economic and social tasks of the commune. The Party Committee has directed the effective implementation and has become a regular, disciplined and voluntary task in the activities of Party cells, in the work of cadres and Party members and has achieved specific results in all fields, contributing to the successful implementation of the resolutions of Party Congresses at all levels and the political tasks of the Commune Party Committee.

Every year, 100% of cadres and party members develop personal plans to study and follow Uncle Ho with specific contents, linked to assigned responsibilities and tasks. Periodically organize inspections and evaluate the implementation, at the end of the year, use the results of the plan implementation as a basis for evaluating and classifying the quality of party members at Party cells.  The Fatherland Front, socio-political organizations, and affiliated Party cells perform well their role in propagating and educating political ideology in accordance with the conditions of the grassroots, regularly coordinate to organize propaganda of contents and topics to the masses, to union members and association members in many forms such as integrating into conferences, Party cell meetings, and meetings of political organizations.  The contingent of cadres, party members, union members, association members and people of all walks of life have a deeper awareness of Ho Chi Minh's ideology , morality and style,  thereby raising  awareness of regular self-improvement and training, raising  sense of responsibility, strengthening discipline, order, renewing working style, working habits, living habits, service attitude, improving quality and efficiency of work and awareness of thrift, fighting corruption and waste; improving the quality of administrative  reform and state management; implementing well the regulations and conventions on democracy from commune to village,  especially implementing civilized lifestyle in weddings, funerals and festivals, building new rural areas .

On this occasion, the Tan Thanh Commune Party Committee awarded 02 collectives and 13 individuals for their outstanding achievements in 10 years of implementing Directive 05 CT/TW on "Studying and following Ho Chi Minh's ideology, morality and lifestyle./.
